Shipping Policy

We ship all orders with care and transparency. Please read the following to understand how we process and deliver orders made directly through Jack59.ca (for personal use, not for resale).

1. Order Processing & Carriers

  • We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. During high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • All orders include automatic tracking, which is sent to the email used at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free shipping is available for Canadian orders over CAD $50 for B2C customers and CAD $500 for B2B.
  • All prices and fees are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

3. Insurance, Signatures & High-Value Orders

  • Jack59 does not provide insurance on shipments directly.
  • Coverage for loss, theft, or damage is determined by the courier’s own insurance policies or by Route Package Protection if selected at checkout.
  • Courier coverage amounts, limits, and procedures (typically including default coverage thresholds such as CAD $100) are set by each courier and subject to change without notice. 
  • For added protection, Jack59 strongly recommends keeping Route Package Protection selected at checkout.
  • If Route is declined, customers assume full responsibility for contacting us to investigate and process a claim on your behalf by emailing greathair@jack59.ca in the event of loss, theft, or damage.

4. Route Package Protection

IF you checked out with Route Package Protection:

  • You must email greathair@jack59.ca to have our team file a claim on your behalf with our shipping service.

If you are unsure whether or not you have Route Package Protection, please check your payment receipt as it will always be listed as a line item in your documentation.

5. Shipping Timelines by Region

  • Within Alberta: 1–3 days
  • Rest of Canada: generally within 7 business days
  • United States: currently paused – we are unable to process U.S. deliveries at this time
  • International: approximately 4–6 weeks
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, or public holidays.

6. Duties, Taxes, & International Orders

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Jack59 is not liable for those additional charges, and they are not included in checkout pricing.

7. Address Accuracy & Reshipment Fees

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages undelivered due to incorrect address entry.
  • If a carrier returns a package to us due to address verification failure, the customer is responsible for additional reshipment costs.

  • Courier procedures, limitations, and timelines can change at any time.

9. Wholesale Orders

  • Shipping policies for wholesale/business-to-business orders may differ in pricing, timelines, or insurance.
  • Wholesale partners should refer to their Jack59 wholesale account for full shipping terms.
