Water is the giver of life. It nourishes our bodies, cleanses our spirits, and connects all living beings in a sacred cycle of renewal. In Cree teachings, nîpîy represents more than just a physical element. It's a force of balance, adaptability, and healing.

In Cree teachings, water is alive. It holds memory, carries prayers, and moves between worlds. A glacial lake at dawn. Rain threading through a spruce canopy. A creek running cold over smooth stone.
This bar captures that world. The scent opens with a bright lift of Moroccan rosemary, clean and clarifying, like light catching the surface of still water. A heart of oakmoss brings the cool, earthy quiet of a lake that hasn’t been hurried. Cedar closes it, familiar, northern, sacred, the trees at the water’s edge, always present, always watching.

Why our body wash bars aren't soap (even really good soap)
The difference comes down to chemistry. The process that turns oils into a solid bar, called saponification, produces a pH around 9-10, which is well above your skin's natural pH of around 4-5. That gap is what causes the tight, dry feeling after washing. Our bars skip that process entirely. Coconut-derived cleansers, never saponified, clean effectively at a pH your skin doesn't have to recover from. Dense lather, genuine hydration, and skin that feels balanced after every shower in a long lasting, concentrated format.
The Art of Nîpîy
The elemental series features original artwork by Indigenous artist Tristen Jenni. Their signature geometric motif, rendered in each element’s own palette, runs as a single visual thread through the collection, a reminder that Fire, Water, Earth, and Air are not separate things, but one system.
