Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
250 bars per SKU, per scent or variation, per production batch.
We do not split minimums across multiple scents or variations.

Q: Can I choose my scent and colour?
Yes. You can select from our approved options, supply your own fragrance (with IFRA documentation), or ask us to source materials on your behalf.
Exact colour matching is not guaranteed due to natural ingredient variability, but we work with you to get close.

Q: Can I customize the protein in my shampoo or conditioner bar?
Yes — within our approved options. Rice protein, hydrolyzed wheat protein, quinoa protein, and others are available subject to stock and compatibility.
If you request a protein we don't carry, we'll evaluate feasibility, but additional sourcing costs and extended timelines may apply.

Q: Are your formulas vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. All Jack59 formulas are vegan, gluten-free, and free of parabens, sulphates, and silicones. They are all-natural and designed with clean beauty standards in mind.

Q: Do I own the formula?
No. All formulas, processes, and manufacturing methods remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jack59 Inc. Private label grants you the right to sell the finished product under your brand — not ownership of the formula.

Q: Do you provide packaging?
No. We ship bars unboxed and wrapped in rolls of 10. You are responsible for all packaging, label design, and regulatory compliance. We provide the complete INCI ingredient list and Jack59 must be identified as the manufacturer on the label per Canadian regulations.

Q: How long does production take?
Allow a minimum of 3–4 weeks from the date your deposit clears. This includes a mandatory 2-week curing period. Turnaround times may be impacted by raw material availability, seasonal demand, or production volume.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
No. All private label orders are custom manufactured, final sale, and non-refundable. The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, and orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Q: Can I include the B-Corp Certified and Leaping Bunny Approved badges in my packaging or marketing?
No. Each certification is individual to the company, not the products themselves. B-Corp Certification in particular is a rigorous evaluation that measures many different facets of the business, not just the products. Leaping Bunny encourages private label brands to submit an application for your company in order to obtain certification status and use the logo.
